Pets
Pets are not permitted at the cottage. Please don't bring any animals — including small pets — without prior agreement.
Number of guests
Stick to the maximum number listed on your booking. Extra guests beyond that need to be agreed in advance.
Quiet hours
Please be considerate of neighbours, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.
Damages
We don't take a deposit. Please tell us about any breakages so we can replace items before the next guests arrive. Significant damage may be invoiced separately.
